By accessing or using our website www.nexusvoyages.com (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our site or booking any of our tours or travel packages.
Flight Charges
Flight charges are not included in the package price.
Clients must arrange and book their own flights separately.
Alcohol
The purchase or provision of alcohol is not included as part of the services provided by NexusVoyages.
Payment Policy
- Full advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings will be confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations on or before November 25, 2025 (30+ days prior to the December 26 booking):
Full refund, less a USD $372 non-refundable service fee. - Cancellations after November 25, 2025 (less than 30 days prior to the December 26 booking):
No refund will be provided. - No-Shows or Early Departures:
Non-refundable in all cases.
Accommodation
Guests will be accommodated in luxurious Junior Suites at Hilton as part of the package.
Limousine Service
A private luxury limousine is included for all transfers, including:
- Airport to hotel
- Hotel to airport
- Transfers to attractions or events in Dubai (subject to prior notice)
This is an exclusive premium service provided only to NexusVoyages clients.
Optional Attractions & Events
Clients who wish to enjoy attractions or events not included in the package may do so at privileged discounted rates, extended by NexusVoyages and subject to availability.
Medical Services
Hospital services, medical treatments, doctor consultations, and prescription medications are not included in the package.
NexusVoyages does not assume responsibility for arranging or covering medical services.
Default Amenities
All packages include hotel stay, food, and glamour services as stated in the itinerary.
No additional services are included unless explicitly mentioned in writing by NexusVoyages.
Liability Disclaimer
NexusVoyages will not be held liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to flight schedules
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions
All travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance for additional protection.
